Acceptance
By using Afrikunite you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept on its behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of content you publish. You must own or be authorized to represent any listing you claim or verify.
Listings & content
You retain rights to content you publish and grant us a license to display and distribute it on the platform. You must not post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content. Listings are shown only after approval and may be moderated.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe (monthly or annual; annual = 10 months’ price, 2 months free). Trials, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and renewals are governed by your plan and the Refund terms; you can manage your subscription in your dashboard or the billing portal.
Acceptable use
No fraud, spam, scraping, abuse, fake reviews, or attempts to circumvent verification, quotas, or security. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” Listings reflect third-party information; we are not responsible for third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
