Prohibited conduct
No fraud, impersonation, fake ownership claims, fake or manipulated reviews, spam, scraping, or automated abuse. No attempts to bypass verification, AI quotas, rate limits, or billing.
Content standards
No illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful content. Provider listings must accurately represent real services.
Security
No probing, scanning, or attacking the platform or its providers outside an authorized, scoped security test. Report vulnerabilities responsibly.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, listing suspension, fraud flags, or account termination. Suspicious activity is logged and reviewed.
