Data Retention Policy
Last updated 2026-06-07 · How long we keep different categories of data.
Account & listings
Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal/operational needs, then deleted or anonymized.
Raw analytics events
Pruned automatically on a rolling 90-day window. Aggregate rollups (anonymized) may be retained for trend analysis.
Audit & security logs
Retained for security, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes; archived per policy and access-restricted to admins.
Billing records
Subscription state is retained for accounting/legal requirements; payment data is held by Stripe per their retention rules.
Deletion requests
On a verified deletion request (privacy@afrikunite.com) we delete or anonymize personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
